The Francis Clapp Room

Engine House, St Kilda

Named after the industry tycoon that brought trams to Melbourne, the Francis Clapp Room is all business. It seats 6-8 people comfortably and features a 50inch HD TV + cables, coffee/tea facilities, whiteboard and markers for all those brilliant ideas that will most definitely flow.

The Boardroom

Engine House, St Kilda

As the name suggests, The Boardroom is our most spacious and collaborative space — it’s ideal for larger meetings, workshops, strategy days and creative episodes where you need space, and lots of it. It features a large boardroom table that seats 12-15 people, huge windows with natural light, privacy curtains, 55 inch HD TV + cables, tea and coffee facilities, whiteboard and markers. It’s also conveniently located five steps from our in-house cafe, which can arrange catering and coffee orders at the click of a finger.

Batch

Engine House, Balaclava

Named after one of our favourite cafes in Balaclava, Batch is the go-to for smaller meetings. Ideal for quick catch-ups and serious focus time it comes equipped with all the essentials: 42 inch HD TV + cables, tea and coffee facilities, whiteboard and markers.

The Wall

Engine House, Balaclava

Have an important meeting or presentation? You’ll want to book The Wall. Named after an iconic Balaclava cafe, it’s a stylish, spacious room that seats 8-10 comfortably. It is kitted out with everything you need to brainstorm, workshop and get stuff done: a 65 inch TV and cables, tea and coffee facilities, whiteboard and markers, and lots of pacing space.
